Procurement Of Cleaning Supplies And Computer Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of cleaning supplies hygiene products legal paper air conditioners scanners printers computer systems and UPS equipment for District and Sessions Courts Bhakkar through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from companies firms and individuals registered with e-PADS and active with FBR for income tax and general sales tax. Procurement includes hand wash bath soap sanitizer tissue paper air freshener mosquito spray phenyl acid for toilet lithium batteries brooms paucha wiper washing powder duster legal paper air conditioners scanners printers computer systems and UPS units. All bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS along with bid security amounting to Rs. 240000 in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favor of District and Sessions Judge Bhakkar and original bid security must also be physically submitted before closing time. Bid validity period shall remain 60 days.
