Hiring Of Third Party Labour Services Tender Notice
Description
Local Government & Community Development Department South Punjab Bahawalpur invites sealed bids from eligible bidders firms agencies and companies for hiring of third party services for provision of technical and non-technical labour under framework contract for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure according to PPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders must submit technical and financial bids along with bid security equal to 3% of total estimated cost in favour of Section Officer General LG&CD Department South Punjab. Required documents include affidavit regarding non-blacklisting bank statements financial soundness proof NTN GST Professional Tax certificate and company profile.
