Construction Rehabilitation Streets Allied Works Tender Notice
Description
Local Government And Community Development Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi invites item rate tenders from PEC registered firms and contractors for construction and rehabilitation of streets and allied works in UC Jatha Hathial Tehsil and District Rawalpindi. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PAD for financial year 2025-26. Estimated project cost is PKR 10 million with earnest money equal to 3% amounting to PKR 300000. Contractors must upload bids online and submit original CDR physically before opening time. Current PPRA Rules shall apply strictly and successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount. Pro Tip: Do not upload the same CDR against multiple schemes because such bids may be rejected as false entries.
