Procurement Installation Solar Panels Tender Notice
Description
Deputy Commissioner Lodhran invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for procurement and installation of solar panel system including Tier I solar PV modules hybrid inverters lithium batteries galvanized structures DC cabling circuit breakers earthing material and related accessories. Total estimated cost is PKR 2.5 million with mandatory bid security of PKR 125000 in favour of Additional Deputy Commissioner F&P Lodhran. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded separately on EPADS and only technically qualified firms will proceed to financial opening. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee before supply and installation. Pro Tip: Upload affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and ensure all warranties and tax registrations are attached with technical bid.
