Agricultural Water Management Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of agriculture productivity enhancement works through water management schemes at District Nushki under PSDP project based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates. Procurement includes water management infrastructure and solar installation related works under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must possess Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 and above with specialized codes CE09(ii) water supply CE10(i) general civil engineering works and EE11(vi) solar installation. Eligibility also requires active taxpayer status Balochistan Revenue Authority registration completion of three similar assignments financial turnover proof audit reports bank credit line certificate and authorized dealership for solar panels and submersible pumps. Bid security equal to 2% and tender fee through green challan are mandatory. Electronic bids only are permitted through EPPS system.
