E Bus Stations Development Scheme Construction Tender Notice
Description
Development scheme for establishment of 26 E-Bus stations under Annual Development Program 2025-26 including construction and related development works based on MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates. Tenders are invited from contractors registered with E-PADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage single envelope procedure and bids must be uploaded on EPAD dashboard before the closing time. Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated bid cost in the form of CDR in favor of District Council Mandi Bahauddin is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids otherwise bids shall be disqualified. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained and selection method will be least cost. Successful bidders quoting rates more than 4.99% below estimated cost must deposit additional performance security and quality assurance security according to Finance Department and LG&CD Department instructions.
