It Equipment Machinery Stationery Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment machinery and computer stationery for Civil Courts Mianwali including printers with scanner and copier backup UPS computer systems complete with accessories AC chillers air conditioners refrigerators air coolers water dispensers bush cutters white paper reams and toner cartridges. E-bids are invited from authorized firms distributors and suppliers registered with EPADS sales tax and income tax authorities. Bidding documents are available on PPRA and EPADS websites and bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of bid value in the form of bank call deposit or security deposit in favor of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Mianwali is mandatory before closing time. Successful supplier shall provide additional 10% performance guarantee and 0.25% stamp duty of gross supply order amount. Warranty period of all items must not be less than one year and suppliers shall repair or replace defective items within 15 days at their own cost. Suppliers must provide affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted and quoted prices must include all taxes freight and delivery charges. Selected suppliers shall provide items within 15 days after issuance of supply order.
