Description
Procurement under framework contract for hot and cold items, POL lubricants, stationery, printing and publication materials, computer stationery, other stores, Muharram duties stores, transport repair, machinery repair and furniture repair. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically and provide bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Performance guarantee shall be required from successful bidders. Bid validity shall remain until the close of financial year 2026-2027.
