Facilities include 64 furnished executive rooms - 2 suite rooms - parking for 56 cars - transformer rooms - portable water storage of 50000 gallons - soil water storage of 10000 gallons - rainwater storage of 10000 gallons - fire fighting water storage of 4000 gallons - mosque - library - mechanical room - gymnasium - meeting rooms - reception - administration rooms - staff rooms - additional parking for 26 cars - multiple living rooms with bathrooms - dining hall - rooftop cafeteria and open terrace. Interested parties are required to submit Expression of Interest along with sealed financial proposals including company profile field of specialization accreditation technical capabilities similar assignments and staff availability.
