Hiring of audit firm consulting services for financial audit assignments for FY 2026-2027 including independent professional audit opinion on financial statements in accordance with applicable financial accounting and reporting standards and International Standards on Auditing. Interested Chartered Accountancy firms registered in Pakistan and compliant with legal and tax requirements are invited to submit Expressions of Interest. Eligibility requirements include completion of at least 5 audit or validation assignments with NGOs INGOs donor-funded projects or development sector organizations - State Bank panel listing in category A - registration with professional accounting or auditing bodies - international affiliation - satisfactory QCR rating - continuous operation for minimum ten years - valid NTN and STN compliance and submission of company profile with partner details. Technical and financial proposals are required in separate sealed envelopes enclosed within one master envelope. EOIs will be opened in presence of authorized representatives.
