Pre-qualification and procurement of angiography machine on turnkey basis including renovation infrastructure and equipment along with procurement of peritoneal dialysis machines and consumables under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement includes turnkey medical imaging infrastructure installation and dialysis equipment with consumables through Single Stage Single Envelope and Single Stage Two Envelope procedures respectively. Interested vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities may download bidding documents free of cost from official websites. E-bids are required through e-PADS and original bid security in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order must be submitted before bid closing time. Bid validity period is 180 days from date of opening. Hard copies of e-bids are not required and late bid security submissions shall result in rejection.
