Manning Operations Maintenance Marine Vessels Tender Notice
Description
Manning operations and first line maintenance services for one ASD LNG compatible tug two pilot boats and one surveillance boat for a period of two years extendable up to six months. Procurement is open to local firms and shipping companies registered with SRB FBR active taxpayer list and EPADS. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Method under PPRA 2004. Technical and financial proposals are required in separate sealed envelopes with technical proposal including earnest money of Rs. 3000000 in form of pay order issued by Karachi based scheduled bank with prescribed rating requirements. Tender documents are available through PQA and PPRA websites and can also be purchased against non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 18-05-2026 at 11:30 hours at Conference Room Chairman Secretariat Port Qasim. Financial proposals of technically non-qualified bidders shall remain unopened.
