Marine Fuel Oil Analysis Laboratory Services Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of laboratory service providers for analysis of all types of marine fuel oils. The procurement covers marine fuel oil analysis services under a closed framework agreement arrangement. Prequalification applications shall be submitted under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Selected firms may be invited for subsequent bidding and framework agreement execution. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. No bid security is required.
