Security Solution Licensing System Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of security solution licensing turnkey system under single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 amended 2026. Sealed bids are invited from interested vendors suppliers and contractors meeting eligibility criteria specified in standard bidding documents. Bidders shall submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals indicating tender enquiry number. Tender documents may be obtained from SPPRA e-PADS and Excise Department website. Mandatory eligibility requirements include NTN registration SST registration where applicable affidavit regarding litigation status and OEM Tier-1 partnership certification with ISO 27018 ISO 27001 ISO 27017 and ISO 9001 certifications. Original bids must be submitted physically while soft copy must be uploaded on EPADS.
