Repair And Maintenance Works Of Lahore Ring Road Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance works of Lahore Ring Road Northern Loop for FY-2025-26 including - Civil road and structure works - Electrical mechanical and allied works - Ancillary and miscellaneous works including road furniture under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure through Punjab E-Procurement System E-PADS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms and contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant categories, valid legal entity registration with SECP or registrar of firms, undertaking of non-blacklisting, and valid tax certificates from FBR and PRA. Technical and financial bids are required to be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 5 percent of estimated cost must be uploaded and original hard copy submitted before bid closing time. Technical bids will be opened electronically in the presence of representatives. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Conditional incomplete hand delivered telegraphic or postal bids will not be accepted.
