Construction College Classrooms Washrooms Tender Notice
Description
Construction works under CM Initiative of Missing Facilities in College including construction of classrooms washrooms and provision of furniture for Government Graduate College for Women Tehsil Shujabad District Multan under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure through Electronic Government Procurement e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS. Interested PEC registered engineering companies firms joint ventures and contractors with valid 2025-26 registration are eligible to participate. Earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids. Lowest evaluated bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of bid amount. Bidders are required to quote item-wise rates and complete DNIT BOQ rate analysis summary and sub-summary forms. Incomplete or fake submissions shall be declared non-responsive and may result in blacklisting. Financial bids will be opened in the presence of tender opening committee.
