Repair Maintenance Boundary Wall Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance and repair works for boundary wall of Office of the Assistant Director Agriculture Extension Shujabad under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure through Electronic Government Procurement e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS. Interested PEC registered engineering companies firms joint ventures and contractors with valid 2025-26 registration are eligible to participate. Earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids. Lowest evaluated bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of bid amount. Bidders are required to quote item-wise rates and completely fill DNIT BOQ rate analysis summary and sub-summary forms. Incomplete bids fake documents or non-submission of bid security may result in rejection and blacklisting. Financial bids will be opened in the presence of tender opening committee.
