Procurement Of Stationery Uniforms And It Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office stationery uniforms machinery items and information technology equipment including white paper reams shorthand notebooks grey pants blue shirts belts caps badges air conditioners water dispensers computer systems printers and backup UPS through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested reputed firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with sales tax income tax and Punjab sales tax departments are eligible to participate. Electronic bids are required to be submitted through upload file method on E-PADS. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR from scheduled bank along with affidavit confirming non-blacklisting is mandatory. Only technically approved items shall qualify for financial bid opening. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract value before issuance of supply order.
