Construction Raja Porus Monument Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Raja Porus Monument located at center median GT Road Domeli Mor District Jhelum through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested contractors registered on E-PADS for MRS 1st Bi Annual 2026 are eligible to participate. Technical and financial bids are required to be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR or Pay Order from scheduled bank in favor of District Council Jhelum is mandatory. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Additional performance security may apply where quoted rates are below estimated cost. Incomplete unreadable unsigned or unstamped bids shall be rejected.
