Description

Remaining work construction, improvement, metalling and black topping of multiple roads and link roads in District Neelum under Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding System. Works include construction and metalling of Sandooq Sohensal Road Length 05 Km, construction and metalling of Neelum Road to Dewarian Seri Bala Road Length 03 Km, construction and metalling of Link Road Changan to Kangu Length 01 Km, Tameer Kashmir Programme LA-26 Link Road Purana Gran Leswa Length 01 Km, remaining work for construction and metalling of Link Road Leswa Kaiyan Phase-XII Length 2 Km, remaining work construction improvement metalling and black topping of Link Road Marnat Bala Phase-X Length 1 Km and remaining work construction improvement metalling and black topping of Link Road Phalawai to Danna Phase-X Length 1.50 Km in District Neelum. Eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council and endorsed in C&W Govt AJ&K for FY 2025-26 in categories C-5 and C-6 with specialization code CE-01 may participate. Interested bidders shall upload scanned copies of bank receipts showing proof of bid security deposit in designated divisional joint accounts along with relevant documents on the E-Bidding dashboard. Contractors quoting rates below 10 percent of engineering estimates shall submit additional bid security equal to the difference between engineering estimate and bid price before opening of tender. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on percentage Above/Below/At par basis and only two digits after decimal point shall be considered for evaluation. Hard copies of original bank receipts and signed bidding documents must be submitted within 48 hours after bid opening. Technical profiles must be uploaded in PDF format only. Blacklisted firms, contractors, companies, suppliers and distributors are not eligible and bidders must provide affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and absence of conflict or litigation with government authorities. Bid opening is scheduled on 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM.
