Description
Rehabilitation of 03 Marla Housing Scheme Chak No 238/RB Faisalabad through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested contractors and firms registered with E-PADS FBR and PRA having active NTN and PNTN status are eligible to participate. Estimated cost is Rs.378,256,223 with earnest money of Rs.18,912,811. Bid security in shape of Bank Guarantee or CDR valid for bid validity period plus 20 days must be uploaded on E-PADS and submitted in original before bid closing time otherwise bid shall be rejected. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Conditional bids and percentage quotations above or below estimated cost shall not be accepted.
