Procurement of medicines for CM Special Initiative Program biomedical gases X-Ray films radiology accessories stationery items general store items and laboratory and blood bank items through E-PADS under single stage two envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders and suppliers are required to upload technical and financial proposals duly signed and stamped along with bid security in form of CDR or Bank Guarantee amounting to 2% of estimated cost in favor of Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Hafizabad. Original bid security instrument must be submitted before closing date and time. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes and bids shall be opened in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders.
