Uniform Articles Procurement Judicial Staff Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniform articles under Lot-1 with an estimated cost of Rs. 7,000,000 and bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 350,000. E-bids are invited from well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and PRA where applicable. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All quoted rates must be inclusive of GST and PST. Interested bidders may download bidding documents from E-PADS and PPRA websites. Original refundable bid security in shape of Bank Call Deposit/CDR equal to 5% of estimated amount must be submitted one day before bid submission deadline through courier. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee in shape of CDR Cashier Cheque or Pay Order. Bidders are required to submit samples of all quoted items on technical bid opening date for technical evaluation and participation with samples is mandatory. False information fake CDR un-signed or un-stamped bids shall be rejected and may result in disqualification under PPRA Rules. Bid opening shall take place on the same day after submission closing time.
