Office Stationery Uniform It Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office stationery including white paper reams and shorthand notebooks - uniform items including grey pant blue shirt belt cap badges and different size garments - IT equipment including air conditioners water dispensers computer systems printers and backup UPS machinery items for financial year 2025-2026. E-bids are invited through EPADS from well reputed firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Department. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders shall submit electronic bids along with bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR and affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted. Original bid security and affidavit are mandatory in addition to uploaded soft copies. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee before issuance of supply order. Only technically approved bids shall qualify for opening of financial proposals. Bidders are required to provide samples where specified. Procuring authority reserves right to reject bids and increase or decrease quantities according to budget availability. Hard copies as well as electronic submissions are mandatory.
