Supply Of Summer And Winter Student Uniforms Tender Notice

Government Deaf and Defective Hearing High School for Boys Gujrat invites electronic bids from firms registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, Professional Tax and the Punjab e-procurement system for procurement of summer and winter uniform items along with shoes for approximately 160 special students for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 3,500,000 and the required bid security is Rs. 175,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Complete bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement portal by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and representatives of participating firms. Original bid security in favour of the Principal, Government Deaf and Defective Hearing High School for Boys Gujrat, must be submitted before or at the time of opening of technical bids. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted except documents specifically required under Part A of the evaluation criteria. Participating firms must not be blacklisted by PPRA or the procuring agency. The successful bidder must furnish a bank guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount in favour of the Principal before issuance of the supply order under Clause 56 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender forms containing cutting or overwriting and conditional tenders will not be accepted. The successful supplier must provide laboratory test reports of uniform items from National Textile University Faisalabad, confirming compliance with specifications notified by the Directorate General of Special Education Lahore, at its own expense before distribution. Uniform items and shoes must be supplied within 25 days of issuance of the work order. The procuring agency may vary the quantity according to student enrolment. Defective items or items having sizing issues must be replaced within seven days. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel tenders under applicable PPRA Rules.
