Tender documents may be downloaded from official procurement website and proposals shall be submitted with signed and stamped covering letter on company letterhead. Technical and financial offers must be submitted before deadline and bids shall be opened on the same day. Incomplete conditional ambiguous or doubtful bids shall not be entertained.
