Mast Servo Motor Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of mast and servo motor for financial year 2025-2026 through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms conditions against non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2500. Bids must be accompanied with earnest money equal to 1% of total bid value in shape of Pay Order Demand Draft or Call Deposit in favor of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan. A pre-bid meeting to address bidder queries and conduct technical discussion shall be held at NECOP Headquarters. Interested bidders are required to provide CNIC copies and vehicle details before attending pre-bid session. Procuring agency reserves right to accept reject any or all bids under PPRA 2004.
