Construction And Rehabilitation Of Streets Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction rehabilitation of streets and allied civil works in UC Jatha Hathial Tehsil and District Rawalpindi through item wise rate contract for financial year 2025-26. Tenders are invited from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on E-PADS. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through Punjab E-PADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. Original CDR equal to 3% earnest money must be submitted physically before opening otherwise bidder shall be disqualified. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount under PPRA Rules. No telephonic conditional bids or bids without earnest money shall be entertained. Procuring agency shall strictly apply current PPRA Rules and reserves right to reject bids in case of violations.
