Liquid Nitrogen Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Directorate of Breed Improvement L&DD Department Punjab invites sealed tenders from manufacturers registered with income and sales tax departments for procurement of liquid nitrogen through framework contract for fiscal year 2026-27. Required quantity is approximately 600000 liters with minimum purity of 99% and temperature specification of minus 196 degree centigrade for freezing preservation and storage of bovine semen. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost of Rs.80 million in shape of call deposit is mandatory.
