Saas Card Management Payment Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Central Directorate of National Savings invites bids through EPADS v2.0 for provision of end-to-end SaaS solution for CDNS card management and payment infrastructure under non-consultancy services procurement for FY 2025-26. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security in prescribed form including pay order bankers cheque call deposit bank guarantee demand draft or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
