Purchase Installation Hybrid Solar Power System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of complete 25kW Hybrid Solar PV System rooftop mounted for District Education Authority Kasur including supply installation commissioning and related solar equipment and services. Estimated amount is Rs.4,000,000 with bid security of Rs.80,000. Eligible bidders include qualified registered companies EPC contractors and authorized service providers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Procurement process shall be conducted through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date. Interested bidders may download bidding documents from EPADS and PPRA Punjab websites without tender fee. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted with separate technical and financial proposals. Complete bids with all required documents must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 25 May 2026 up to 10:00 AM and bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be submitted through post office or courier in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Kasur before bid opening time.
