Rehabilitation Construction And Sewerage Infrastructure Deve Tender Notice
Description
Invitation for e-bids for rehabilitation restoration construction and infrastructure development works under Punjab Development Program including rehabilitation and restoration of green areas rehabilitation and construction of pavements construction of street pavements installation of street lights providing and laying sewers and construction of disposal stations in Kamoke Hazro Shakar Garh Bhalwal Bahawalnagar Tandlianwala and Bhakkar cities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on EPADS. Interested bidders must be registered with PEC FBR PRA NTN PNTN and PPRA for E-Procurement. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee CDR Bank Cheque Demand Draft Pay Order or valid financial instrument in favor of Program Director PMU Punjab Development Program. Original bid security instrument clearly marked with tender title must be submitted before bid submission deadline at 112-Tepu Block New Garden Town Lahore. Item wise rates shall be quoted in figures and words. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted and bid validity shall be 120 days. Proposed methodology of works must be submitted along with bid documents. E-bids must be submitted online by 25 May 2026 at 10:30 AM and bids will be opened on same day at 11:00 AM. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 Rule 35.
