Description
Quotation notice for arrangement of Eid ul Azha 2026 sale points including supply and installation of canopies tents qanats tables with covers mist fans air coolers foam chairs with covers water coolers water tubs with pipes generators with fuel lighting entry and exit gates parking arrangements steamers banners and ice as per demand. Estimated cost is Rs.1,725,000. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADs under Single Stage One Envelope procedure for registered GST PST and enlisted contractors firms for financial year 2025-26. Interested contractors may obtain bidding documents from PPRA website and EPADs without fee. Bids shall be submitted through EPADs up to 25 May 2026 at 02:00 PM and opened on same date in the office of Municipal Officer Regulation Municipal Committee Lodhran in the presence of contractors or authorized representatives. Contractors are required to quote rates in figures and words on percentage or item rate basis. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and successful contractors shall comply with work orders quality control tests and submission of GPS tagged photographs of work progress.
