Procurement supply service and installation of IT equipment virtual court systems virtual access point equipment and office stationery items including network per point setup - webcam - all in one PC - 1KVA UPS with battery - sound mixer - microphones - LED screen - wall speakers with cabling - document visualizer - flash fiber internet connection - TrueConf video conferencing five users pack one-time - Zoom account one user one year recurring and office stationery items on turnkey basis with installation and configuration services. Bidding shall follow single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS. Firms must be registered with FBR ATL KPPRA EPADS and KP Revenue Authority. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals along with earnest money bid security equal to 2% of quoted value in form of call deposit receipt and affidavits regarding original CDR and non-blacklisting. Bid opening will be conducted in presence of procurement committee and authorized representatives. Delivery installation and configuration must be completed within 14 days of supply order.
