Arrangements For Muharram Ul Harram Events Tender Notice
Description
Tender for arrangements for Muharram ul Harram 2026 including supply and installation of canopies tents qanats tables mist fans air coolers sound systems chairs water coolers generators emergency lighting carpets water tubs movie camera with projector screen sugar roohafza milk ice panaflex iron pipes disposable boxes and staff refreshments as per demand. Estimated cost is Rs.3,200,000 with bid security in form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Lodhran. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested GST PST registered and enlisted contractors firms may obtain bidding documents from PPRA website and EPADS without fee. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS up to 01 June 2026 at 02:00 PM and opened on same day at 02:30 PM in the office of Municipal Officer Regulation Municipal Committee Lodhran in presence of contractors or authorized representatives. Contractors shall quote rates in figures and words and successful bidders will comply with work orders quality control requirements and GPS tagged photographs of work progress.
