Procurement Of Books For Pharmacy Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of books and journals for Pharmacy department at University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin on DDP Duty Delivered Paid basis including latest editions and year of printing. Procurement is open to prequalified firms book sellers and publishers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments under PPRA rules. Estimated cost is Rs.2,976,971 with bid security Rs.59,540 and bid validity of 90 days. Procurement will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure on least item cost basis. Interested bidders registered on EPADS may download bidding documents from EPADS PPRA Punjab and University of Rasul websites. Technical and financial bids along with scanned copy of bid security instrument and affidavit must be submitted online through EPADS. Original bid security and affidavit clearly marked with tender number and title must be submitted before deadline in the office of Director Purchase University of Rasul. Bid security shall be in the form of CDR Pay Order Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee in favor of University of Rasul. Bids must be submitted by 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date.
