Framework Contract Outsourcing Manpower Services Tender Notice
Description
Drugs Testing Laboratory Faisalabad Government of Punjab invites bids from tax registered firms through framework contract under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for outsourcing manpower janitorial security pick and drop and boarding and lodging services. Lot 1 includes outsourcing of manpower for provision of janitorial and allied services with estimated price Rs.9,500,000 and bid security Rs.95,000. Lot 2 includes outsourcing of manpower for provision of security services with estimated price Rs.5,500,000 and bid security Rs.55,000. Lot 3 includes provision of pick and drop and boarding and lodging services with estimated price Rs.1,300,000 and bid security Rs.13,000. All bids must be submitted online through EPADS till 25-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and technical proposals will be opened online on same day at 11:30 AM. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure shall be adopted as per PPRA Rules 2014. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-05-2026 at 11:30 AM in conference room of Drugs Testing Laboratory Faisalabad. Services shall be provided on FOR basis at Drugs Testing Laboratory Faisalabad A-Block G.M Abad near DPS School Faisalabad.
