Water and Sanitation Agency Rawalpindi invites e-tenders under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on E-PAD with FBR and PRA having active taxpayer status for rectification of 48 inch MS pipeline at Sohan Chungi near Islamabad Expressway Sohan Village WASA Rawalpindi. Estimated project cost is Rs.780,009 with completion period of 30 days under T.S No. D(WS)/313 dated 27-04-2026. Bids must be submitted through E-PAD by 25-05-2026 till 10:00 AM and will be opened on same day at 10:30 AM by Tender Opening Committee. Bid security at 5% of estimated cost must be uploaded on EPADs and original CDR submitted before closing date and time in office of concerned Deputy Director WASA. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Procurement shall be governed under current PPRA Rules and applicable taxes shall be borne by contractors.
