Government Associate College Building Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction work for establishment of Government Associate College for Women at Sufabad Ferozepur Road Lahore including all civil works and related infrastructure as per approved DNIT and PEC specialization code CE10 requirements. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rule 38 single stage two envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Contractors must be PEC enlisted and renewed for the current financial year with relevant specialization codes. Original PEC license and 2% earnest money in the form of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque are mandatory. Technical proposals and financial proposals must be uploaded electronically on EPADS while manual bids are not acceptable. Technical bids will be opened in presence of contractors or authorized representatives while financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids. Conditional tenders or bids without earnest money will be rejected.
