Description
Procurement of office stationery IT equipment and machinery items on framework contract basis for financial year 2025-2026 through open competitive bidding. E-bids are invited from firms companies suppliers manufacturers authorized agents dealers and distributors registered with relevant tax and registration authorities. Procurement includes office stationery IT equipment and machinery under separate heads of accounts with estimated total amount of Rs.6,090,960. Bidding shall follow single stage single envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS before deadline and opened on the same day in presence of bidders. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory in the form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order while successful bidder shall deposit 10% performance guarantee. Suppliers are required to ensure quality and quantity compliance while liquidated damages at 2% per month may apply for delayed supplies. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids under applicable rules.
