Hvac Systems Maintenance Repair Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of services for repair refurbishment rehabilitation and replacement of parts of HVAC systems installed in A and E block Gastroenterology Department in New Gynae Block and Urology OT in Fi Block along with annual comprehensive repair and maintenance contract of air conditioners refrigerators and electric water coolers at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore for year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2024 amended up to date. Complete bidding documents are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Bidders are required to submit bid security in shape of CDR or bank draft as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules. Submission of false statements or documents may result in disqualification and forfeiture of CDR. Firms must submit bids with proper page numbering checklist and table of contents while all pages must be signed and stamped. Incomplete or vague bids shall not be entertained.
