Description
Procurement of uniforms white paper rims yellow paper rims photocopy machines CCTV cameras with audio complete sets computer systems printers and heavy duty scanners through E-PADS from reputed firms registered with sales tax and income tax departments. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage one envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bid proposals must be submitted through E-PADS before deadline and bids shall be opened on the same day in the office of the procuring agency. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated amount in shape of call deposit or CDR is mandatory before bid submission deadline while successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee up to 10% of contract value. All rates must be inclusive of GST and PRA and remain valid for 60 days from tender opening. Procuring agency reserves right under prevailing PPRA rules.
