Communication Awareness Seminar Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of non consultancy services for communication awareness seminars conferences and interactive sessions under National Health Support Program Punjab financed by the World Bank under IDA-7149-PK. Procurement shall be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids procedure in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Least Cost Selection Method shall be applied for evaluation. Interested bidders may obtain RFB documents upon written application and payment of non refundable fee of PKR 2500. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 1 percent of estimated cost. Bids shall be submitted physically at PMU NHSP Punjab Lahore before deadline and electronic bidding is not permitted. Technical proposals will be publicly opened while financial proposals will remain sealed until completion of technical evaluation. In case of public holiday next working day shall apply for submission and opening.
