Information Technology Infrastructure And Facility Works Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of integrated AV and IT solutions for conference hall, BOG secretariat and seminar hall, procurement of IT equipment, consumables and spare parts, construction of garbage station, renovation and upgradation of burn unit, electrical maintenance works, and operation rights for fruit, vegetable, dairy shops and public toilets. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage single envelope and single stage two envelope procedures. Bid security ranges from Rs. 250,000, Rs. 500,000 or 2 percent of bid value depending on category. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled on 22-06-2026 and 23-06-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids must be submitted through EPADS with physical submission of bid security and tender fee documents.
