Installation Hypo Chlorinator Water Supply System Tender Notice
Description
Installation of hypo chlorinator system for water supply infrastructure at WASA Attock including associated installation and operational works under single stage one envelope procedure for Financial Year 2025-26. Procurement is open to firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on E-PAD system. Bidders are required to submit valid PEC license and upload bids on EPADS portal on item rate basis. Earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in the form of CDR in favour of Deputy Director Engineering WASA Attock is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids. Submission of fake information or documents shall result in disqualification and blacklisting recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Quality assurance security from scheduled bank shall apply where quoted amount is below prescribed threshold according to Punjab Finance Department notification and PPRA rules. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Ensure timely submission of original CDR and readable uploaded bid documents to avoid non-responsive status.
