Maintenance Repair Judicial Public Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance and repair works for multiple public sector and judicial facilities including District Judicial Colony District Judicial Complex Tehsil Judicial Complexes Judicial Colonies Government Officers Residence Complex Mother and Child Hospital washrooms Government Associate College buildings and external development works in District Mandi Bahauddin and Tehsil Phalia and Malakwal. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System for contractors and engineering firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and registered on Punjab PPRA website. Contractors are required to upload scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Mandi Bahauddin and submit original CDR before opening of bids. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance security in shape of CDR or bank guarantee within 15 days as per PPRA Rules. Incomplete financial bids blank BOQs and unreadable tender documents shall be declared non responsive. Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Government notification for procurement complaints. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure complete BOQ rate analysis pages and upload all mandatory documents before bid retrieval and opening.
