Maintenance Repair Public Sector Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance and repair works for public infrastructure including renovation and maintenance of public sector colleges construction of walkways public parking areas approach roads deputy commissioner offices guard rooms and administrative facilities in District Mandi Bahauddin. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System for contractors and engineering firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and registered on Punjab PPRA website. Contractors are required to upload scanned Call Deposit Receipt amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Mandi Bahauddin and submit original CDR before opening of bids. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance security in shape of CDR or bank guarantee within 15 days according to PPRA Rules. Incomplete financial bids blank BOQs and missing rate analysis documents shall be declared non responsive. Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted for procurement related complaints under PPRA Rules.
