Overhead Book Scanners Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of overhead book scanners including Canon HP Czur Vissan Plustek or equivalent models for Punjab Education Foundation through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement is open to firms companies sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Detailed specifications eligibility criteria bid scope and terms and conditions are available in bidding documents hosted on E PADS PPRA and PEF websites. Bidders are required to submit online bids through E PADS along with scanned copy of bid security and physically submit original bid security in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order amounting to 2 percent of estimated procurement value before prescribed deadline. Bid validity shall remain for one hundred and twenty days from last submission date and taxes shall be deducted according to government rules. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject proposals prior to acceptance. Pro Tip: Suppliers should ensure timely physical submission of original bid security and attach NTN and sales tax registration certificates with the bid documents.
