Description
Purchase of journals and magazines for Punjab University Library Jhelum Campus through EPADS under single stage two envelope basis. Punjab University Library Lahore invites bids from interested vendors distributors and book sellers registered with GST NTN and STRN. Tender reference PULJC-2025-26-T1 carries estimated cost of Rs.1 million with mandatory bid security of Rs.20,000 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Bids shall only be accepted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System and bidders must also physically submit bid security and affidavit undertaking on stamp paper one day before closing date in Acquisition Section Punjab University Main Library Lahore. Electronic bids must be submitted before 20.05.2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available on PPRA and Punjab University websites. Pro Tip: Book suppliers should upload complete scanned bids on EPADS and ensure timely physical submission of original bid security and affidavit.
