Construction Sewerage Rehabilitation Municipal Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and rehabilitation municipal works including construction laying of tuff tile office repair of RPC manhole rings construction and replacement of sewerage lines and provision of RCC and RPC manhole covers for Municipal Committee Kot Samaba Rahim Yar Khan under approved development schemes for Financial Year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules for contractors and firms having valid Pakistan Engineering Council license and registration on Punjab PPRA website. Registered bidders are required to upload earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Kot Samaba and submit original CDR before bid opening time. Current PPRA Rules shall be strictly enforced and incomplete financial bids blank DNIT BOQs and missing rate analysis pages shall be declared non responsive. Procuring agency may reject bids prior to acceptance and firms submitting fake information or forged documents shall be disqualified and blacklisted. Pro Tip: Contractors should fill all item wise BOQ rates completely and submit original CDR before opening session to ensure bid responsiveness.
